We’ll get to know more about you and your business with a quick discovery call, or if you’re local, let’s grab a coffee. Once we have an understanding of your goals, we’ll put together a formal proposal - walking you through estimated timelines, budget, and more.

If approved by you, we’ll make it official. You'll then receive the contract, followed by a 50% non-refundable invoice due before any work commences (required to book your spot on our calendar).

To make sure we have a strong base to build upon, we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out about your business, your goals, your audience, and your vision. After you have completed your homework, this will become our Project Brief and help guide our creative direction.

Now it’s our turn to get to work. We’ll meet with you to review your project brief and answer any clarifying questions we have. 

We will also walk you through your client portal, shared google drive, and more.

Ahhh, the fun part! Using your project brief as a guide, we will create a concept and mockup some designs, checking in with you along the way. 

We will deliver one brand concept subject to 2 rounds of revisions. You will have 3 business days to send feedback and we will make the edits from there until you are 100% happy with the look.

Once the creative direction feels oh-so-you, we’ll prepare to go live working on a launch strategy or anything else you may need. This is the time to pop champagne and celebrate!

When you’re ready to promote your new, elevated, brand, we will showcase it on our website / social media. We’re your newest raving fans!
