Once we have an understanding of your goals, we’ll put together a formal proposal - walking you through estimated timelines, budget, and more. If approved by you, we’ll make it official.
You'll then receive the contract, followed by a 50% non-refundable invoice due before any work commences (required to book your spot on our calendar).

During this discovery and strategy phase, we’ll help you with project scoping, technical questions, creative direction, theme selection, site map / navigation / product architecture, and app selection.

Once we have clarity on how the site with function and our creative direction, we will start designing your Shopify website. You’ll get to provide feedback on the website wireframes and design mockups along the way.
We want you to feel aligned with the brand story and experience we’re going to share with the world. We will deliver one website concept subject to 2 rounds of revisions. You will have 3 business days to send feedback and we will make the edits from there until you are 100% happy with the look.

Now, it’s your turn to relax. We’ll get to working building your Shopify site sending you weekly status reports along the way.
We’ll also handle QA testing internally and make sure everything is running smoothly before we launch.
