Branding

1. I just need a logo. Can you help?

Your brand is much more than just a logo which is why we focus on designing full brand identities for our clients. Your logo is only one small piece of the puzzle and we wouldn’t be setting you up for success without all the other pieces! (Feel free to reword) 

2. I need signage printed, can you work with my printer to make sure my fonts. colors, and logos are accurate?

Yes! We work with printing and signage companies all the time. Let us know what you need and we’re happy to provide different file types and Pantone conversions for whatever you need.

3. What is the typical timeline for a branding project?

It varies! Typically branding work can take roughly 4-6 weeks give or take. 

4. Do you offer ongoing support and updates after the initial branding project?


Yes! We offer support at our hourly rate.

Website Design

1. How custom is your ShowIt website service? How custom is your Shopify service?

All ShowIt websites are 100% custom. All Shopify sites are semi-custom. For Shopify, we will take a high quality, vetted theme (with all the features and components your business needs) and turn it into a branded website with your own customizations. 

2. What happens after the site is delivered and I need edits 3 months down the line? 

We’re not going anywhere! We’re happy to edit anything on your site at any point billed at our hourly rate. 

3. Will you show me how to use the ShowIt and/or Shopify platform once the site is delivered? 

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary 30-minute training so you’ll know how to add/change text or images with ease.

4. I found a ShowIt template on Etsy I really love. Can you help me populate that? 

Unfortunately, no. All of our Showit web design work is 100% custom and we don’t populate other people’s templates.  

5. Will you help me add all of my products and variants into the backend of Shopify?

Our design and development work doesn’t extend to adding inventory but we’re happy to help with that at our hourly rate. 

6. What happens if my site goes down 3 months from now?

In the rare occurrence of that happening, we’re not going anywhere! We’ll be happy to help assist with any additional website needs at our hourly rate. 

7. I already have a developer on hand to create a fully custom Shopify website, would you be able to design it and hand it off to them to build it?

Yes! We can do that. We would still need to go through the design process as stated above but happy to play nicely with your developer!

Social Media

1. How many times will you post?

This varies client to client and totally depends on what your unique goals are.

2. Do I still get to post on my own?

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to still post to their stories and be active with their social media community. 

3. Will you manage my DMs?

We can definitely manage your DMs and community engagement initiatives. 

4. If I'm not local, how will you capture content? 

If you're not based in Charleston, SC, we'll work with you to come up with a plan that works for you and your team.
